Combining decades of experience in fine wines and spirits with on-the-ground business acumen and in-the-air knowledge of the private flight experience, our team is committed to delivering truly exceptional, concierge-level service.
Our Story
The Point to Point Reserve story began nearly 30 years ago, when Larry, Chris and Rebecca met up on a sunny Sunday afternoon at the Winterthur Point to Point steeple chase, in Wilmington, Delaware. Larry and Rebecca, old school friends who grew up nearby, were tailgating before the races when Chris came over to say hello, on the advice of another mutual friend who thought he might just meet his soulmate with this introduction.
Turns out he did, marrying Rebecca not long after and embarking on a lifelong friendship with Larry. Point to Point Reserve combines their love of bonding over a special bottle of wine and, most of all, spending time with good friends.
LARRY BECKLER
CEO and Co-founder
Larry has spent the last 20 years helping entrepreneurs realize their dreams and has now found his own passion project with Point to Point. As an attorney, Larry knows the ins and outs of transaction and compliance matters, secured lending, licenses, and general commercial matters. His real skill, however, is connecting people and evangelizing about, well, practically everything (but mostly the Philadelphia Eagles).
CHRIS ADAMS
President and Co-founder
Chris has been a fixture in the wine industry for more than 25 years, with experience in the fine wine retail, auction and private storage arenas. He’s a member of La Commanderie du Bontemps du Médoc, des Graves, de Sauternes et Barsac; the Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne, and other industry alliances. He has been named retailer of the year twice and has appeared on The Today Show, Squawkbox, Fox Business, and other media outlets.
REBECCA KNAPP ADAMS
Director of Client Experience
Rebecca is a journalist and communications pro with a background in luxury and lifestyle magazines. Over the past 20 years, she’s been a features editor at Wine Spectator, managing editor at Art & Antiques, and has helped launch titles for Forbes Custom Publishing division and worked on many of their luxury travel magazines, including Four Seasons.
BETTY NG-BECKLER
Director of Events
Betty began her career in finance and spent 13 years developing client relationships and navigating the trading floor in New York. She pivoted to event planning and has since built a reputation in the New York metro region for planning and executing highly creative non-profit fundraisers and galas. She’s served on several boards at Cornell University, her alma mater. Her keen operational sense and attention to detail show up at every event.
